Just wanted to let you know that  I think the picture of Christian pulling out Little Sir the rest of the way is AWESOME!  I read some of the same things you did while I was pregnant, and DD was born at home October 29 (a waterbirth, so not very messy :) ). Also they gave me very detailed instructions both verbally and in written form for me to take home.
